    Am wondering is this is a bike rental place and we are looking at Bike #5. It certainly is colorful. The black background really shows off the other colors. Genie

    The bike was parked in the pedestrian area. Just a fancy one. Not from a rental. Very unique and I have no idea what's the meaning of this number. But it really catched my eye.
