Today I changed my Blogger Profil (since 2008) to my Google+ Profil (since 2011). I was very active in the beginning of G+, but spent more time on other networks in the last year. As I'm trying to make a few changes on my blog, it was time for this step.

ABC Wednesday - N is for ...

Kite Festival Drachenfest Lünen, last Saturday

... Night or night flying, an attraction from the Kite Festival in my town. And it was a big show with illuminated kites, kites with fire spirals on it and a firework: A fantastic evening, even when the rain started with the beginning of the night show.

Night Flying

Some shots from the Night Flying, I mentioned in last weeks post. You saw the dark clouds, there was little rain and nearly no wind. They use special kites for the night flying. You can imagine the very difficult photo conditions. So, some shots from the archive.
