I wonder what a Deca Dance is. DECA here in Indiana is an acronym for an educational group for high school students to get the experience of working retail earning school credits. My oldest son started working for a local grocery at age 16. He worked for them till they sold to another company, more than 30 years.

I have always been intrigued by the idea of a 'Cultural Capital of Europe' It must allow your city to show off to its best advantage.
