Andreas, on the train from Cairo to Suez, June 2010
It was not possible to close the windows. The train was moving all the time. And sand everywhere.
I call it adventure.
Andreas liked it.
One third of his life he traveled.
Thanks Francisca. While traveling I home schooled him. Now in Germany it is not allowed. Really. If you are in the country you have to bring the kid to school. Very few exceptions for circus kids or the ones on inland freighters (ships). And when I tell somebody that I home schooled him while on the trip, all are surprised asking me: "really, is this possible, is it not forbidden"? Germany has no traditions for that.

Nice portrait of your son, Carola. Do you "home school"?
Thanks Francisca.
