Not sure how helpful that would be to someone as easily confused as I am!
I am guessing the sign means a two way, single lined bridge! But the arrows are angled, so there is a sharp right turn? Great find!
It's kind of a "secret" sign hidden in graffiti!
I am too easily confused to follow this one ;)
I'd be there admiring the colors and hold up the line :)
